Terms and conditions of service

1 · Who provides the service

The service is provided by CancebiTech Inc., RUC 1316075926001, with registered address at Portoviejo, Manabí, Ecuador («Cancebi»). By creating an account or using any product of the ecosystem you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2 · Your account

The account is personal and is managed with Cancebi ID. A single account gives access to every product you have subscribed to. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for telling us about any unauthorised use.

You must be of legal age and have capacity to contract. If you subscribe on behalf of a company, you declare that you are authorised to do so.

3 · Plans, prices and billing

• Published prices are in United States dollars and do not include VAT.
• The free plan has no expiry date and requires no payment method.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, as chosen.
• Plan changes apply to the next period; periods already consumed are not refunded.
• If payment fails, the service may be suspended after notice. Data is not deleted immediately.
• Cancebi may adjust prices with at least thirty days’ notice.

4 · Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Carry out unlawful or fraudulent activity or infringe third-party rights.
• Issue false documents or invoices.
• Attempt to access another company’s data or accounts that are not yours.
• Reverse engineer, copy the software or resell access without authorisation.
• Extract data in bulk or in an automated way that degrades the service.
• Store malicious content or perform actions that affect other clients.

Breach allows us to suspend the account, without prejudice to any legal action available.

5 · Your data and your content

The data you enter in the products is yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display it in order to provide the service. We do not use it for our own purposes or share it with third parties, as described in the privacy policy.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you enter and for having a legal basis to process it, particularly where it concerns third parties.

6 · Intellectual property

Cancebi’s software, brand, texts, designs and documentation belong to CancebiTech Inc. or its licensors. These terms transfer no rights over them: they grant you a non-exclusive licence to use them while your subscription is active.

7 · Availability and maintenance

We aim for continuous availability, but the service may be interrupted by scheduled maintenance, force majeure or infrastructure provider failures. Maintenance affecting the service is announced in advance where possible.

Incidents are reported to soporte@cancebi.com.

8 · Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate the service for non-payment, prohibited use or legal requirement. After cancellation we keep your data for the time needed for you to export it and to comply with statutory periods; afterwards it is deleted.

9 · Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cancebi is not liable for loss of profit, loss of opportunity or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product in the previous twelve months.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Ecuadorian law does not allow to be excluded.

10 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Portoviejo, province of Manabí.

11 · Changes

We may update these terms. Relevant changes are announced in advance; if you keep using the service after they take effect, they are deemed accepted.
